Welcome to our Research Page. We love using our Osci Health, Stadium Platform and Port-a-Vibe whole body vibration machines. We are getting healthful results. We know now that whole body vibration machines and platforms are widely used to promote strength and to help heal a variety of symptoms and conditions.
It is widely researched and reported in scientific studies that moving and standing on WBV platforms increases bone density and muscle strength. Building new bone cells requires building new muscle tone. WBV exercise does just that, and does it faster than traditional weight resistance exercise regimes.
Using whole body vibration exercise machines improves athletic performance, endurance and recovery. This is well documented and continues to be a major topic for clinical trials. Rehabilitation and injury repair interest medical researchers and exercise physiologists.
There are expanding numbers of clinical trials. We will work to keep our list of current trials updated for you. Osteoporosis, stroke recovery, Parkinson’s disease, MS, arthritis, fibromyalgia, cerebral palsy, cystic fibrosis and obesity are just some of the medical conditions being researched.
The promising results tell us that whole body vibration technology use for exercise and wellness is here to stay.
Whole body vibration machines expand our personal choice for fitness and healing. WBV machines are tools that can help us stay well and live longer. We are excited to share research on whole body vibration.
Whole body vibration will change your mind about exercise … your body is the proof.
