• For shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada please send an e-mail inquiry to richmanandbuthmanenterprises@yahoo.com Tell us the complete ship-to address.
• Your machine leaves the warehouse DAILY Mon-Fri
• The package is insured and requires a signature at delivery. You can waive the signature requirement when you order. This means you release FedEx-UPS and Health Mark from any responsibility for your package.
• You can track your package. Go to www.wholebodyvibrationmachine.com/tracking.
• Enter the order number from your receipt and click the VIEW button. Your tracking number will appear.
• Click on the FedEx-UPS Web site link and enter your tracking number.

Warranty

• Manufacturer gives a 90-day warranty for frame and motor.
• Technical support, replacement parts and repair service are available for as long as you own it.
• Marsha and Beverly offer you a 30 satisfication guarantee.

Returns

• 30 day returns must be in the original box. Please call us at 706-338-2138, EST for instructions.
• Returns to the Health Mark warehouse need an approved return authorization number (RA#). Please call us at 706-338-2138 for instructions.
• Customer pays return ship cost.  30 day returns are refunded minus the free ship to you delivery cost.
• Machines returned to the Health Mark warehouse without an approved RA# are refunded less a 15% restock fee.
