I am 61-year-old mother and grandmother who loves life. But, sometimes I think that life doesn’t always love me. I have asthma, allergies and a thyroid condition.

To top it all off, several years ago, I learned I had osteoporosis. This condition was most likely accelerated by having undiagnosed hyperthyroidism for a time and by using steroids for asthma.
